Healing the Chakras through Embodied Sound, July 16 - 18, 2021, Esalen Institute

A group of 30 gathered at the edge of this sacred place to explore healing the chakras through embodied sound. Here's a worksheet from our time together with some h*OM*e practices.

Rootwell Retreat: Deep Body Rest

November 15-17th, 2019, Dancing Deer

A group of 24 of us gathered for a deep collective dive into nervous system regulation, embodiment, movement, creativity, ritual, and rest. Co-facilitated by me, Kari Stettler, and Laura Creps Michaels.

For all training and education services, I charge an hourly rate of $180, including for preparation and educational materials development time, or a pre-booked "full day", daily rate of $1200 for 8 hours.
